About Me

I live in Aurora, Illinois, where I’ve worked as a freelance editor and writer since 2002.

My book reviews have appeared in the Women’s Review of Books, Salon, Rain Taxi, Third Coast, and Diagram. My short story “Signs of the Imminent Apocalypse” won the Bentley Prize for Fiction from the Seattle Review, and my story “Catalog” won the Jane fiction contest.
